Sales Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities

  •  Implement and deliver the most effective marketing strategies to meet the sales target assigned
  •  Follow up and monitor the work procedure and performance of the sales team
  •  Build strong team spirit and provide training to the sales team to increase sales efficiency
  •  Identify and build strong relationship with potential clients or network
  •  Conduct marketing research and regular competitor analysis
  •  Other duties assigned by the company


  • Hold bachelor degree or higher in Economic, Marketing or any related fields
  • At least 5 years experiences in business development, management and marketing, sales of insurance or real – estate industry
  • High energy individual who can motivate staff and create business momentum
  • Ability to develop business process, construct business model and write business/marketing plans for group
  • Positive attitude towards learning, problem solving, team work
  • Able to work independently and highly self-driven
  • Have potential network and prospective clients


  • Salary, commission, incentive and other benefit at least approximate $3,000 per month
  • Opportunity to be trained and worked abroad
  • Professional training about real estate market
