Sales Supervisor

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop the team, plan and implement strategies to generate resources, profit and growth for the company
  • Meet and exceed sales target of condominium products
  • Reviews activity reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
  • Hire and manages human resources and promote a culture that reflect the organization’s values and encourage strong performance
  • Develop future leadership within the organization


  • Hold bachelor degree or higher in Economic, Marketing or any related fields
  • At least 3 years experiences in business development, management and marketing, sales of insurance or real – estate industry
  • High energy individual who can motivate staff and create business momentum
  • Ability to develop business process, construct business model and write business/marketing plans for group
  • Honesty and excellent leadership communications and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness and ability to work effectively in a busy, flexible hours
  • Able to work independently and highly self-driven
  • Have potential network and prospective clients


  • Salary, commission, incentive and other benefit at least approximate $1000 per month
