Sales Manager

JOB TASKS &RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage sales team and set individual sales targets with sales team
  • Develop a sale strategy to achieve organizational sale goals and revenues
  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
  • Provide leadership, training and coaching, training, feedback, and other support to the sales team.
  • Be capable to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
  • Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
  • Develop promotional ideas and material
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving
  • Market research and analysis, property market update, customer’s taste and preference update.
  • Other task assigns by line manager.

2.REQUIREMENT

  • Age 28-35
  • At least 3 years of experience of Sale Manager in Real Estate industry.
  • Positive attitude & Open-minded.
  • Strong in communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Good in innovative creative.
  • Strong team management skills for leading and motivating.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint.

3.BENEFIT

  • Basic Salary $700 – $1,000 based on experiences and performances.
  • Comfortable commission provided
  • Incentive granted based on the monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually scheme.
