Sales Manager
JOB TASKS &RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage sales team and set individual sales targets with sales team
- Develop a sale strategy to achieve organizational sale goals and revenues
- Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
- Provide leadership, training and coaching, training, feedback, and other support to the sales team.
- Be capable to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals
- Develop promotional ideas and material
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Market research and analysis, property market update, customer’s taste and preference update.
- Other task assigns by line manager.
2.REQUIREMENT
- Age 28-35
- At least 3 years of experience of Sale Manager in Real Estate industry.
- Positive attitude & Open-minded.
- Strong in communication skills and negotiation skills
- Good in innovative creative.
- Strong team management skills for leading and motivating.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint.
3.BENEFIT
- Basic Salary $700 – $1,000 based on experiences and performances.
