Secretary

MAIN TASKS and RESPONSILITIES 

  • Functions as liaison between Managing Director (MD) and various departments to facilitate smooth daily company operations.
  • Conserves MD's time by drafting documents, reports, presentation and correspondence for review and/or signature from dictation, handwritten notes, and conversation.
  • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the MD, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
  • Able to work independently, from conception to completion.
  • Must be able to work under pressure at time to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters.
  • Maintains an updated and accurate calendar as well as schedules appointments and office meetings as requested.
  • Works closely and effectively with the MD by keeping him well informed of upcoming commitments, responsibilities and deadlines, following up appropriately.
  • Manages travel, prepares and confirms all travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Facilitates Management meetings by planning agendas, developing and distributing presentations and reports.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Reporting to MD

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • BBA/Related field/or abroad study candidates preferred
  • Minimum Experience 2 years working in a fast-paced executive administrative/management environment.
  • Have strong organization skills,
  • Excellent communication skills, good judgment ability and multi-tasking skills
  • Work independently, act with appropriate urgency,
  • Ability to change direction in response to a fluctuating work environment,
  • Ability to accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals,
  • Maintaining utmost confidentiality with sensitive and personal information ability to prioritize own work and resources to complete campaign on time and solve routine problem effectively
  • Computer literacy (Power Point, Ms. Word/Excel, and Windows is a must).
  • Fluent in Khmer and English both writing and speaking.
