HR Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain recruitment & Selection process (Job advertisement, shortlist, interview, conduct reference check)
  • Support all departments to design job description for new staff
  • Prepare staff employment offer or contract
  • Conduct orientation session to new staffs
  • Follow up and evaluation staff in probation period
  • Prepare annual staff appraisal plan with supervisor and line manager
  • Follow up performance review of staff member and reporting
  • Maintain smooth running of the Human Resources Information System by Monitor timely update of personnel records personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards).
  • Provide overall support to all departments on HR and Administrative issues
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager

Requirements

  • Age 30-40
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative Or Human Resource Management is preferable
  • At least 5 year experiences in HR function
  • Basic knowledge in Cambodia labor law and other legislatives
  • Have interpersonal/communication, leadership and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member with colleagues
  • Be honest, hard-working, initiative, flexible, able to Work under pressure
  • Excellent command of verbal and written English
  • Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet/Email
  • Being able to travel to sites/provinces.
